Mechanical Project Manager

to lead mechanical projects in our retail portfolio, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Manage mechanical projects for retail construction. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for retail fit out projects. Lead site teams to deliver HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems in retail environments. Provide regular updates on project progress to retail clients and stakeholders. Identify and resolve risks specific to retail construction projects. Develop strategies for timely and successful delivery of retail mechanical projects. Ensure project deliverables meet retail client specifications, budgets, and deadlines. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining client satisfaction. Conduct site surveys and produce detailed Site Audit Reports for retail project scoping. Engage with suppliers and contractors to source materials for retail mechanical installations. Expand and manage subcontractor base to support retail construction demands. Enforce strict health and safety standards across all retail project sites.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills to engage with retail clients and present project updates. Ability to work independently in fast-paced retail construction settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software. Strong customer service skills tailored to retail clients like banks, supermarkets, and gyms. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent retail construction experience. Proven leadership skills in managing retail project teams. Project management experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing for retail environments. Strong knowledge of plumbing, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for retail settings.
