OVERVIEW



Due to continued growth and recent new contracts, we are looking to add to our already brilliant team and recruit a Mechanical Project Manager.

Operating as part of the Greenview Group, we are an energetic, young company growing rapidly in the heating, renewable energy, electrical, mechanical and air conditioning markets.

As the Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for 1 project at one given time. You will hold an in date SSSTS and have a good solid 3 years successful track record of delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



To oversee the day to day running of mechanical capital works projects in Commercial and Industrial sectors To maintain good client relations and to complete projects within budget and timescale Manage project, plan resources, both labour and materials for numerous projects to ensure smooth project delivery To prepare cost variation and negotiate final accounts statements Attend site meetings, resolve site issues and ensure that projects are completed to a good standard Liaise regularly with existing customers and follow up leads to generate new work

JOB DESCRIPTION



Engage fully in regular supervision with your line manager. Adhere to Greenview Health and Safety and safeguarding policies and procedures at all times and comply with legislation and statutory duties and data controls protocols. Act in line with, promote and carry out all responsibilities with full regard to Greenview Equality and Diversity Policy. Ensure individual expertise and subject area knowledge is up to date through Continuous Personal Development, including sharing good practice, engaging with training and acquiring / maintaining any individual qualifications required of the role. As necessary, and in addition to the above, undertake other activities commensurate with the nature of the post. Take ownership for own work and proactively manage all tasks assigned General office administration and data input Adhere to confidentiality at all times Support other departments as and when required

CRITERIA



Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Experience within industrial and commercial / office space works Residential experience an asset however experience in commercial preferred. Previous experience in the Construction Industry essential Previous experience of processing of invoices which fall within the CIS scheme Strong Excel skills and excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Previous experience of processing on Exchequer would be an advantage Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Proactive and can work independently with limited supervision Strong customer focus and professional at all times Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships, communicating formally and informally with colleagues and customers. Adaptable with a flexible and positive attitude

Pay: 70,000.00-90,000.00 per year
