Job Summary

We are a Mechanical Services Contractor working across London and the South East, undertaking refurbishment and new build projects in the commercial, public and residential sectors.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage a mechanical engineering project in Central London from commencement on site to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent time management skills, and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project. Leading a team of skilled trades and multiple sub-contractors. Utilise Procore for all project management tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Proficiency in Procore. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Ability to lead a team of trades. Experience in leading on mechanical services packages between 1M & 4M in value.
