Suitability:
The position is largely site based and will require frequent travel to attend sites across the region to carry out client meetings, surveys, inspections and audits. You will ideally have a background in the electrical/building industry and significant experience of project supervision and management roles. MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills are essential.
The role:
Working in our busy Operational department you will work as a team to effectively deliver the project you are allocated to, not only being responsible for the delivery of the works onsite but doing this whilst keeping strict attention to quality, health and safety and compliance.
Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain, Dodd Group's delivery teams and management.
Health & Safety management with support from DG QHSE manager
Attending internal CVR/progress meetings
Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
Specification and ordering of materials alongside the procurement team
Employing and managing sub-contractors
Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
Management and briefing of installation personnel.
Resolving installation and access issues.
Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.

You will need:
As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will have SMSTS, CSCS skills card, along with relevant industry qualification and experience.
