The Role

• Oversee mechanical project delivery across a portfolio of schemes, typically including commercial, healthcare, education and light industrial environments.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and labour to ensure smooth project progression.
• Coordinate closely with design teams, subcontractors and other internal departments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Lead site progress meetings, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold high levels of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the Building Services sector.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plant, and associated mechanical installations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain control over cost, quality and programme.
• Confident communicator with solid leadership and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (HNC/HND/Degree) are advantageous.
