Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of mechanical / HVAC systems. This role requires effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical building services / HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and trades to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals. Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project duration. Ensure cost control of projects with financial reporting and payment applications.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within the mechanical building services sector. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse teams and clients. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
