What You'll Do

:

Lead mechanical installations for commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction to successful handover. Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and rigorous health & safety standards. Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution. Manage budgets and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For

:

Proven expertise managing

CAT A & B mechanical fit-out projects

in commercial environments. In-depth knowledge of

HVAC

,

ductwork

, and

plumbing systems

in commercial buildings. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders. Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or project management (preferred).
