We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Mechanical Engineer will also play a crucial role in supervising projects and providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Design and develop mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet specifications and safety standards. Create and interpret schematics for various engineering projects. Utilise programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes. Conduct maintenance on existing mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform welding tasks as required for project completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability. Provide leadership and supervision to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout project lifecycles.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Proficient in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and interpreting schematics. Experience in welding techniques and electrical systems is advantageous. Excellent maintenance skills, ensuring all equipment operates smoothly. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and clients effectively. Previous supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting. Strong customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction throughout all interactions.
