We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.
What you'll do:
- Implement @One policies and HSE regulations.
- Conduct and record site inspections (safety, health, environment, quality, plant, structures).
- Follow and update method statements and risk assessments.
- Deliver engaging SHEQ toolbox talks and pre-shift briefings.
- Promote @One LIFE principles by leading example.
- Ensure site personnel have relevant training and maintain training records.
- Check plant condition and certification.
- Maintain a safe work environment; stop unsafe work and report to Site Manager.
- Work with Site Manager to resolve safety issues.
- CSCS Supervisor Card
- NVQ Level 3 or higher
- Mechanical qualifications with proven relevant experience
- CITB SMSTS/SSSTS qualification
- CPCS Lift Supervisor certification
- First Aid qualification
- Temporary Works Supervisor certification
