Job Overview:

We are recruiting for experienced Mechanical & Electrical Supervisors to support the delivery of utility-scale solar farm projects in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the UK's renewable energy transition while managing on-site construction and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical and electrical installations on active solar sites Manage and coordinate site crews and subcontractors Enforce health and safety procedures (RAMS, toolbox talks) Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications Support testing, commissioning, and site documentation

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years' experience in solar or M&E construction (essential) Previous site supervision or team lead experience ECS/CSCS card required SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred) Full UK driving license Strong communication and problem-solving skills Right to work in the UK (mandatory)

Locations & Site Conditions:

Middlesbrough (North East) Exeter (South West)
Travel may be required between sites; travel/accommodation support available
