Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in the United Kingdom to deliver 168 new apartments. This role is vital for overseeing plumbing installation projects within our new build developments. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring project success and maintaining our standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate plumbing installation activities on construction sites.

Manage and supervise a team of plumbers and technicians.

Must have previous experience with QA process. Plan Radar/Fieldview or equivalent

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Review schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.

Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.

Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all phases of work.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management.
Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in plumbing or installations.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent project management abilities.
Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
Good understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
Effective communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: 1,150.00-1,400.00 per week
