Develop and implement detailed work plans and schedules for mechanical teams
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
Conduct daily safety briefings and site inspections
Manage and direct a team of mechanical technicians and craftspeople
Perform quality control checks and documentation
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide technical solutions
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
Coordinate with other discipline supervisors to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications:
Experience of Mechanical supervision within industrial settings, preferably in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Fitting, CCSNG)
Ability with BA and work in confined spaces
