The Team:
Our Temporary Site Services team plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects and is a key part of our self-delivery model. As we're on the cusp of our next big leap, this is an excellent opportunity for you to make your mark in a growing part of our business.
Position Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team of MEP engineers and coordinating temporary services across our projects. You will be responsible for setting workloads, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is getting done.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and execution of mechanical temporary works on construction sites.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the design and implementation of temporary installations align with project requirements.
Collaborate with on-site teams, contractors, and project managers to address and resolve any issues related to temporary works.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of temporary works activities, including reports and inspection records.
This role will be
Monday to Friday
and
based across various project sites in central London.
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction
Experience managing temporary water supplies, boosted systems, and plumbing
Preferably with prior temporary site services experience
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills
