We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and driven Pro-Log Technician to join our team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week and is site-based.

Principal Duties



The Pro-Log Mechanical Technician will be required to:

Work alongside the Mechanical Lead in the manufacture, service, and test of Pro-Log/Subsea products Maintain as required, all records and documentation related to equipment being worked upon. Assemble and maintain Pro-Log/Subsea deployment equipment such as spoolers, subsea baskets etc Participate in the assembly and test R&D of both Pro-Log/Subsea tools and assemblies Actively participate in continual process improvement. Maintain a high standard of personal safety in the workplace Perform duties in line with Metrol QHSE policy Attend training courses as requested by management Convey a professional image of the company at all times Advance the interests of Metrol where possible Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required by management

Required Knowledge & Experience



The Pro-Log Mechanical Technician is required to have the following knowledge & experience:

Recent experience in assembling, fault finding and repairing mechanical tools. Able to interpret mechanical engineering and assembly drawings. Experience working with electric, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems preferred. Ideally qualified to NC level or equivalent in mechanical engineering, time served or equivalent. Valid UK driving licence and forklift certificate.
