Following a recent ramp-up, we're looking for multiple talented Technicians to join our innovative aerospace client in Titchfield. This is a thrilling time to come on board as the business prepares to move into a brand-new, purpose-built facility.
We're seeking 7 Mechanical Technicians on a long-term PAYE contract. Initial contracts run until December 2026, with potential for extension.

? What You'll Do:
Accurately fit aerospace components using a variety of techniques.
Perform thorough testing to ensure products meet specifications.
Deliver high-quality work efficiently and within budget.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Work independently after training while demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
? What We're Looking For:
Previous assembly experience.
Ability to read and follow detailed engineering drawings.
Excellent hand dexterity for precision tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
? Preferred:
Experience in fuel testing.
Previous aerospace assembly experience.

33 days' paid annual leave (or holiday pay included in your rate - your choice).
PAYE Contract Rates:
Core Days: 17.52ph rising to 18.05ph (with holiday pay: 20.07-20.68)
Overtime: x1.5 | Sundays: x2
? Working Hours:
37 hours/week
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm
Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
