As a Mechanical Technician, you will work under the guidance of Licensed Aircraft Engineers, supporting maintenance activities on a fleet of advanced helicopters. Your role contributes directly to the continued safety, reliability, and performance of the aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the replacement, installation, and adjustment of mechanical and electrical components in line with maintenance schedules and repair needs.
Support licensed engineers and senior technicians during inspections, fault-finding, and repair tasks (no certification responsibilities).
Collaborate effectively with engineers, fitters, and wider maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.
What You'll Bring
Essential:

Good practical skills and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
A strong safety-focused mindset--the reliability of aircraft and safety of crews depend on competent maintenance.
Desirable:
Previous experience within aircraft maintenance or a related engineering environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
A BTEC / NVQ Level 2 engineering qualification (or equivalent).
Proven ability to work with technical documentation and apply instructions accurately and safely.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high standards.
