Adhere to relevant
industry standards and safety regulations

Conduct mechanical
system testing
, gather and document data, and support troubleshooting.
Train and mentor graduate engineers
, sharing knowledge of hands-on tools, assembly processes, safety procedures, and system design.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to improve prototypes and optimize mechanical layouts.
Required Qualifications:
Strong
hands-on experience
in mechanical system assembly, piping, electrical wiring and prototype development.
Skilled in
soldering and assembling stainless steel, copper, and plastic tubing
systems.
Familiarity with
water pressure systems
, valves, venting, and fluid mechanics.
Familiarity with
Electrical components such as motors, pumps, and control valves
.
Proficiency with
manual workshop tools
and confident working independently on mechanical builds.
Able to
read, create, and interpret technical drawings and piping schematics
.
Knowledge of relevant
mechanical standards, safety regulations, and SOP preparation
.
Experience in
mentoring or training junior staff or engineers
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
Experience with
container-based or modular mechanical systems

Familiarity with
CAD software or piping design tools

Background in
R&D, product development, or prototyping
