John Wright Electrical & Mechanical Services Ltd are one of Yorkshire's largest Electrical, Plumbing & Heating contractors who supply, install, commission and maintain a wide variety of services in the commercial, industrial and domestic sectors. Due to continuous expansion, we are looking for an Mechanical/plumbing Site Supervisor with that has experience of leading teams effectively to support successful completion of projects. We have an almost full order book for 2026 so looking to add two quality supervisors to our team to complete contracts throughout the UK.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Mechanical Supervisor, to our team. Applicants must have at least 2 years site supervisory experience. A full and current driving licence is essential for the role.

Required Attributes/Skills:

Above all we are looking for a motivated individual with the drive to succeed. Someone with a proven electrical contracting background, good leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Duties/skills and qualifications:

-SMSTS or SSSTS

-First aid at work

-Mechanical qualifications

-Previous experience of managing mechanical works

-Leadership skills

-Commercially aware

-Ability to offer advice and technical support to engineers
