We're growing fast and need a sharp, organised
Agency Manager
who can keep delivery running smoothly and teams firing on all cylinders.You'll work directly under our
Director
andMarketing Director
, managing the day-to-day output across campaigns, staff and production.If you love structure, performance, and executing at pace -- this role is for you.
You'll Be Responsible For
Managing the
daily delivery output
across all agency services Organising the team, assigning tasks, and making sure deadlines are hit Leading and managing staff performance and workflow RunningMeta + TikTok ads
and improving results week by week Overseeing delivery acrossUGC, creative production, and AI-led services
Supporting web-related work with a strong understanding of design and conversionYou Need To Have
Proven experience managing teams + delivery in an agency environment Strong Meta and TikTok ads knowledge (hands-on) Understanding of web design fundamentals Elite organisation skills -- you're the person who makes things happen Confidence communicating clearly and managing people well Familiarity with UGC, AI tools and modern media services
