We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee, liaise and supervise the execution and delivery of our large media entertainment screens this summer. C-Screens' "Summer Live" captures the most iconic sporting events of the summer with our range of giant pop-up screens and fanzones showcasing the Euros, Wimbledon, England Cricket, Tour de France, The Open Championship, The Hundred, Olympics, Paralympics and lots more.



The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all on-screen content, live sport broadcasts and client advertising. We are looking for enthusiastic and intuitive individuals to join our friendly team and support us in delivering our biggest Summer Live to date. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the company CTO and work closely on planning and implementation of large LED media screens. Collaborate with CScreens internal stakeholders and external suppliers to understand their project requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Liaise with contractors to obtain necessary permits and permissions for project installations. Manage relationships with various contractors and subcontractors involved in project implementation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Conduct regular meetings with CScreens internal stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and CScreens expectations. Maintain contractors' compliance with health and safety regulations, including the provision and documentation of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and public liability insurance requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in project management. Ideally has had experience in delivering consumer events in the media and hospitality industry. Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in project documentation and execution. Proven experience in liaising with various contractors and subcontractors. Familiar with all documentation needed for working on sites, these include and working with specific machinery; Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), IPAF Licenses and public liability insurance requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders. Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines, including willingness to work on overnight projects. Expectation of non-standard working hours across project Have a calm and logical mindset, capable of reacting to and solving problems on your feet whilst managing expectations of internal stakeholders and clients Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Click up, Trello). Polite and personable, you will need to liaise directly with site teams at time Knowledge or experience in audio and visual technology is a bonus. PMP certification or equivalent is preferable.
