We're looking for a

Media Manager

to join our Insurance Money and Services team. This role supports the Senior Media Manager in developing and delivering Media strategies for Tesco IMS to achieve the direct growth strategy. The Media manager takes the lead on specific campaigns to deliver effective trade and brand growth

What you'll be doing



Develop and deliver marketing communications campaigns across all media to support the Value Stream, working with our media agencies, channel experts and Tesco Group. Coordinate activities of suppliers and act as their primary point of contact while working within an established contract to deliver successful media campaigns. Manage relationships with agencies Execute a media plan for a particular product, service or specialty area while working within established marketing systems. Conduct analyses on budget progress Contribute to the development of tactical marketing campaigns. Ensuring media best practice is understood by all in the Comms team within the value stream, so we collectively deliver best practice comms. Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance. Set up the media evaluation framework, support the collection of data and run post campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improvements. Feeding learnings back into the comms planning process and across to other value streams.

We need you to have



Proven experience in media management with a strong track record in PPC, SEO, Display, Social and ATL media. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns Experience in media planning, optimisation & measurement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
