You'll work closely with our production, design, and commercial teams, acting as the bridge between partners, internal teams, and timelines.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the day-to-day relationship owner for assigned luxury media partners
Managing partner communication across
email, phone, and Zoom
, with a polished and confident approach
Guiding partners through the magazine production process, from onboarding through to print delivery
Requesting, organising, and reviewing editorial content, imagery, and brand assets
Ensuring submitted materials meet agreed quality standards and brand guidelines
Keeping partners informed on production milestones, timelines, and next steps
Proactively managing follow-ups and check-ins to keep projects moving smoothly
Working closely with internal production and design teams to ensure alignment
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and internal systems
Occasionally coordinating the delivery of sample magazines or small export shipments
Building long-term relationships that encourage renewal and repeat collaboration
What We're Looking For
A polished, client-focused communicator with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Experience and strong interest in account management, partnerships, or client services
A calm, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, calls, and video meetings
High attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium client experience
An interest in luxury, global brands, media, hospitality, or real estate
Comfort working with international clients and time zones
Previous experience in publishing is not essential - we value
professionalism, reliability, and relationship skills
above all.
Working Hours & Location
Office-based role in Blackpool, England
Core working hours are
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (UK)

North America and the Caribbean
, flexibility is required to accommodate
occasional early evening calls (7-8 pm UK time)
This flexibility supports our international client base and is not an everyday requirement
Career Development
This role offers clear progression within the partnerships team. As relationships deepen, you'll have opportunities to take on larger, more strategic accounts and play a growing role in high-profile international projects. Occasional overseas travel opportunities may arise in the future but is not a core expectation of the role.
