As a Specialist Director you will have a combination of direct client responsibilities and a wider agency remit. You will lead digital and performance for Reckitt, while consulting on relevant specialist projects and scaling the use of proprietary tools and capabilities across the business. For example our search, performance or effectiveness products. You will ensure we deliver outstanding work on your clients and relevant digital leadership across all of the agency’s client base. Reckitt is one of the largest FMCG portfolio clients in the market with household names such as Dettol, Vanish, Air Wick, Durex and Veet. It is also one of Zenith UK’s largest clients and currently bills c. £65m per annum across both the Health and Hygiene divisions. This role is working on the Hygiene side of the business which include flagship brands Vanish, Air Wick and Finish. The wider brand mix includes Harpic, Cillit Bang and Calgon too. Over the last few years we’ve seen large FMCG clients look to readdress the balance of their media mix as they see growing trends in Digital and Commerce. We have started to embark on this journey working with the Media team to help support their Digital Excellence moving beyond just driving efficiencies. Recently, Sprint teams have been supporting a wider Digital hub with a transfer of knowledge applied across markets. The opportunity is to lead and strengthen the team’s performance in this area working in tandem across both of these Business Units. This specific role will be working alongside the Business Director on Reckitt, with the remit to help elevate performance and marketing effectiveness leadership projects.
