Salary: Basic salary 24,000pa (commission in 1st year on target 7,000-10,000)

Required Skills and Experience

A friendly & polite phone manner Achieving sales targets through targeted Telesales Selling bespoke Advertising packages in our projects Securing interest and participation from decision makers and business owners Managing your day-today and workload effectively within prescribed pitching times Understanding a business's needs and how the they will benefit by communicating with the readers Generating new leads through own research Using prescribed sales methods to secure business Effective recording of sales progress Attending training as and when instructed Making a high volume of telephone calls to prospective clients Listening to clients requirements and offering appropriate solutions Maintaining the existing client base by making regular courtesy calls Aiming to exceed targets & work on tight deadlines

Candidate Profile:



High energy and an enthusiasm to sell High degree of self-motivation and drive Confident and determined approach Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection Strong commercial awareness Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
