We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing our medical and aesthetic laser and light equipment at various clinics around the UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install and configure equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various systems and machinery.
Respond promptly to service requests and provide on-site support as needed.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
Train customers on the proper use of equipment and software.
Work closely with the engineering team to relay feedback from clients regarding product performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Previous experience in a field service role is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driver's licence is required for travel to client locations.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
