Job Description

Data Entry Document management- including processing documents, sorting and date stamping post and forwarding the documents to the most appropriate doctor or team. Calculating patient Blood Pressure readings Read Coding the information into practice system PMA (requested documents/information that we can charge for) File and action private work in a timely manner patient requests and company request (DVLA, Insurance companies, Army medicals, Medical records) Understanding safeguarding and redactions from the requested documents Put the appropriate work on to iGPR Book appointments if necessary for the paperwork to be completed Charge the correct amount for each piece of work Approve requests for online access Update and keep track of the weekly rota for the Drs to complete the work Recall Booking in patients for their long-term condition via calling, texting and or letter Ensuring all tests are included in this appointment or have the relevant tests before the LTC appointment. Confirming all pre-booked appointments. Updating the central QOF sheet with all actions that have been completed, for each patient.



Inputting relevant information and codes in to patient records.
