As the Medical Affairs Global Strategic Brand Lead, you will be a core member of the Asset Maximization Team and co-lead the Global Co-creation Team. Your contributions will enhance the global value of our brand, focusing on long-term asset value creation and lifecycle management to unlock the brand's full potential.   • Lead the co-development of the Integrated Global Brand Plan (iGBP) with cross-functional experts, establishing the brand's strategic foundation.
  • Develop the Medical Product Strategy (MPS) and drive agile Core Medical Plan (CMP) creation.
  • Define and oversee overarching brand objectives with medical KPIs, ensuring seamless alignment with global and local strategies.
  • Co-lead the formulation of Global Launch Plans and present them to executive leadership, enhancing readiness for outstanding launches.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of CMP, balancing global objectives with local needs and adaptability.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Significant leadership experience with a strong track record of growth and advancement in Medical Affairs, Medical Safety, or Clinical Development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically diverse matrix teams while delivering high-impact business results.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills.
  • Complex problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate intricate challenges within a brand team.
Preferred Experience:
  • Significant experience in Lung Cancer and pancreatic cancer is highly desirable.
  • Medically qualified with substantial direct patient care experience.
  • Experience in relevant therapeutic areas and across multiple cultures and countries/regions.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory bodies and procedures, as well as anti-kickback laws impacting the pharmaceutical industry.
Education:
  • A medical degree (MD or equivalent) or a doctorate in Pharmacy or Pharmacology, recognised by leading governing bodies, or equivalent.
Additional Information:
  • This is a permanent, full-time role.
  • Location is the UK office (Addlestone).
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per month in our UK office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
