Medical Manager - Oncology

to join our UK Medical Affairs team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Ipsen's mission of delivering patient-centric solutions and advancing scientific excellence in oncology.

About the Role




As a key member of the Oncology Medical Affairs team, you will provide clinical and scientific expertise across Ipsen's oncology portfolio. You will lead the development and execution of medical strategies, engage with thought leaders and healthcare professionals, and support data generation initiatives. This role is central to shaping Ipsen's scientific footprint and ensuring patient-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the development and execution of the

Local Annual Medical Plan

and contribute to strategic planning within the

Integrated Brand Team (IBT)

. Conduct

scientific exchanges

with thought leaders and healthcare professionals to generate insights and foster collaborations. Deliver

non-promotional educational activities

and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in compliance with ABPI and Ipsen policies. Support

clinical development

, including site identification, feasibility, and investigator-sponsored studies. Collaborate cross-functionally with

Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory teams

to ensure scientific alignment and excellence. Generate and share actionable

real-world insights

from HCPs and patient organisations.

What You'll Bring



Essential:



Experience in

Medical Affairs

and product launch activities. UK

Medical Signatory

experience (1-2 years). Strong knowledge of the

ABPI Code of Practice

. Accredited

Physician or UK Registered Pharmacist

.

Preferred:



Experience in

clinical research design and execution

. Proven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders. Postgraduate qualification. Oncology experience within medical affairs.
