This role is ideal for a doctor with private men's health and TRT experience, interested in working remotely, with high hourly earnings, flexible consulting hours, and a pathway to Medical Director with equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote (telemedicine) consultations and oversee daily clinical operations. Prescribe TRT medications (injectable, topical, or oral formulations) safely and effectively. Interpret and manage hormonal and metabolic blood panels (testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, estradiol, haematocrit, liver and lipid profiles). Deliver high-quality private men's health care with a focus on safety, outcomes, and service excellence. Supervise and mentor other clinicians, and deliver teaching or CPD-accredited training sessions. Collaborate with digital health teams to refine remote monitoring systems and AI-driven workflows. Contribute to governance, compliance, and service expansion planning.

Requirements

Full CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) and unrestricted licence to practise (GMC or equivalent). Minimum 2 years' post-CCT experience working privately in men's health and TRT. Eligible for independent prescribing within jurisdiction. Strong background in telemedicine or digital clinical care delivery. Excellent ability to interpret hormonal and metabolic blood tests. Experience in teaching, mentoring, or clinical leadership desirable. High professional standards, strong communication skills, and a patient-centred approach.
