Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Counter Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medication administration, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth workflow at the counter.

Responsibilities



Greet patients warmly and assist them with their queries in a professional manner. Process prescriptions and manage medication orders efficiently. Provide information on medications and health products to patients. Assist in medication administration under the supervision of qualified staff. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Keep the counter area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Experience



Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable. Familiarity with medication administration processes is an advantage. A background in patient care will be beneficial for this role. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Pay: 23,850.00-24,500.00 per year
