Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Medical Doctor to join our dynamic team as a Men's Health Specialist. This role combines clinical expertise with digital health innovation to support our mission of improving men's health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care and Patient Support

Conduct remote digital consultations with patients, addressing a Testosterone deficiency and treatment options. Analyse and interpret blood test results and other clinical data to help create personalised treatment plans for our patients. Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies, with a focus on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). As a member of the clinical team, serve as a one of the main points of contact for patients, providing expert medical advice and education as required. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to manage complex patient cases effectively.

Clinical Governance and Safety

Assist the Medical Director and CQC registered manager in maintaining and enhancing clinical safety protocols Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks Participate in regular clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives Help ensure compliance with GMC guidelines, CQC regulations, and other relevant healthcare standards Assist in keeping protocols, policies, and procedures up-to-date and evidence-based

Quality Improvement and Innovation

Actively participate in the development of new digital health solutions for men's healthcare Contribute ideas for service improvements based on patient feedback and clinical observations Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital health trends and men's health issues

Required Qualifications:

Fully registered Medical Doctor with current GMC registration and license to practise in the UK Minimum of at least 2 years of post-foundation clinical experience Demonstrated experience in men's health, endocrinology, or related fields Understanding of digital healthcare delivery and telemedicine

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications or experience in testosterone replacement therapy, sexual health, or lifestyle medicine Experience working in a startup or fast-paced healthcare environment Familiarity with digital health technologies and online prescribing platforms

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new digital health tools Passion for innovation and improving healthcare access and outcomes Empathetic approach to patient care with a focus on building trust and rapport

Hybrid - remote first with some in-person meetings and office co-working in London, UK
