The post holder will provide an efficient administration and co-ordination service to the Medical Education Team, including ESR inputting and reporting, minute taking, e-learning support, supporting the undergraduate students and developing and maintaining systems to support the quality of medical education and training in the Trust.
Main duties of the job

Administrative support for the Doctors Teaching and Induction Programme.Monitor and support the Consultant and Trainee Mandatory Training by recording and inputting training on ESR and chase up training.Provide administrative support with the Consultant Study Leave process by populating spreadsheets and sending out approval letters.Set up training rooms and clinical skills laboratory for teaching sessions and clear away equipment
