Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organised

Medical Education Officer

to support our

Postgraduate Certificate in Point of Care Ultrasound (PoCUS)

and help deliver our short training courses for doctors. Based near London Bridge, our organisation has provided high-quality medical education for over 20 years, and this role is essential to the smooth running of our programmes.

This position combines academic administration, student support, and some hands-on assistance with teaching days. It is ideal for someone with experience in higher-education or NHS education administration, or for an

international medical graduate seeking a non-clinical role

in the UK.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate timetables, assessments, module logistics, and programme communication Support students and faculty through clear, professional communication Prepare course materials and maintain accurate records Manage programme inboxes and documentation Assist with short courses (1-2 days/week) including setting up equipment and supporting faculty Help recruit and coordinate visiting faculty Contribute to improving systems and learner experience

About You



Graduate or equivalent experience Excellent organisation and attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills Strong IT skills (documents, spreadsheets, email systems) Friendly, adaptable, and solution-focused Comfortable with hands-on tasks (equipment setup, stairs) Experience in medical or higher-education administration (desirable) Suitable for international medical graduates seeking non-clinical work (desirable)
