Medical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive - Exeter
Our client is a well-established local practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Exeter market who now have an opening for an experienced medical negligence lawyer to join their growing team.
If you're confident managing a varied caseload and passionate about delivering exceptional client service, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing

Handling your own caseload with precision and autonomy
Delivering work that's accurate, timely, and aligned with internal risk protocols
Staying sharp on legal developments and evolving case law
Building and nurturing relationships with referrers and professional contacts

Your Expertise

We're especially keen to hear from candidates with experience in:
Medical negligence claims
Cases involving NHS Trusts, GPs, dentists, and ambulance services
Managing complex and varied files with confidence and care
A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for team growth
A commitment to a client-first service with exceptional communication skills
