Pupil numbers are expanding, and we are looking for
an additional Medical Officer
to join our experienced team. You'll play a vital role in providing a high-quality service of care to pupils and first aid care to all members of the school community.
This role is central to the life of the school, and the ideal candidate will:
Take responsibility for the school's Medical Departments in Eden, Lower and Middle School Hubs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including first aid risk assessment.
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils.
Use co-regulation and reflective practice to support emotional development.
Foster resilience, independence, and positive coping strategies.
Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and calmness under pressure.
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.

Contract:
Permanent, term-time only.
Hours:
39 hours per week.
Salary:
in the region of 25,908 to 30,344 per annum, commensurate to experience.
