Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for medical professionals.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing.
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate effective care delivery.
Perform general office duties, including filing, and maintaining a clean reception area.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
Proficient in using office software and medical management systems.
A compassionate approach to patient care, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
