Previous experience working in the healthcare sector

knowledge of the
EMIS clinical system
are both essential. Strong administration and customer care skills are also required, as the role will involve a mixture of administrative and reception duties.
You will play an important part in supporting both patients and clinical staff, handling appointments, queries, and medical records with professionalism and accuracy. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to provide cover for annual leave and sickness, sometimes at short notice.
