We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Manage appointment scheduling, including confirming and rescheduling as necessary.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
Process patient forms and documentation efficiently.
Keep the reception area organised and welcoming for patients.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a medical setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including EMIS Web.
Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
