We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/administrator. This permanent position will enable you to become an integral and valued part of a friendly, supportive team.
You will be dedicated to providing an excellent, efficient, and empathetic service to our 9,500 patients. Duties will include; being first point of contact for our patients, proactively dealing with enquiries, both verbally and electronically. Arranging appointments, and navigating to relevant services, answering the telephone, liaising with healthcare professionals. Relaying accurate messages, and updating the computerised system. Processing patient registrations, scanning documents electronically and administrative duties. Ensuring strictest confidentiality is upheld at all times.
Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
30 hours per week
Monday to Friday - rota between 7.50am--6:30pm
