Sales Representative - Clinical Diagnostics (Full-Time) Location: London and across England (Travel Required) Reporting to: Sales Manager

About Aqua Medical Laboratories: Aqua Medical Laboratories is a leading provider of high-quality diagnostic testing services, supporting private healthcare providers, clinics, and laboratories across the UK. As we continue to grow our presence in the private laboratory sector, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted name in clinical diagnostics, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of a service-focused, innovative laboratory.

Role and Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in private hospitals, private GPs, clinics, pharmacies, universities, and potential partner laboratories.

Understand client needs and provide customised solutions that meet technical and commercial objectives.

Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical support, logistics, and marketing.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports.

Source new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and onsite visits.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clinical diagnostic products, technologies, and applications.

Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, presentations, and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or related fields (preferred).

Ideal Candidate:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within medical, laboratory, or life sciences sectors.

3-5 years of experience in clinical diagnostics or medical sales with a proven track record.

Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, equipment, and procurement processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the designated region and across England.

Strong planning and execution skills to meet sales targets effectively.

Pay: 28,420.00-30,000.00 per year
