The successful candidate will be responsible for: Working in our secretary hub, being the first contact to our patient referral enquiries.
Typing dictations and processing referrals through relevant pathways to ensure referrals are processed accurately and efficiently. Checking and completing tasks as appropriate. Controlling all patient files and related admin to required quality standards and in line with information governance, GDPR and DPA regulations. Maintaining accurate records.
