Duties
Manage patient appointments and maintain the scheduling system efficiently.
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous manner.
Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with billing processes and insurance claims as necessary.
Coordinate communication between healthcare professionals and patients.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and organisational policies.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical record systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
