We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed about the latest developments and benefits of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for the medical field.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, dentists and hospital staff. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical products. Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to achieve sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through regular analysis. Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions using Microsoft Office tools.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical industry. Leadership qualities to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike. Excellent customer service skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients. Familiarity with medical sales processes and regulations is advantageous. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and Excel for data analysis. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently. Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
