We work in partnership with a number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient services, with more care being delivered in community settings. We also deliver private care for patients with private medical insurance and self-pay patients.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medicines Management Lead to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance on all aspects of medicines management and pharmacy services across our services.
The role is suitable for individuals with extensive knowledge and experience of hospital and community-based pharmacy services.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing our medicines optimisation strategy, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across our specialist services. This role will also extend to providing input into governance, contracting, and business development initiatives across the organisation.
Please note that we are seeking a full-time candidate who is open to a hybrid working model. Attendance across our community, hospital and head office locations will be expected at least 3 days per week.
