Job Description

INNEG is a growing medico-legal consultancy that provides support to solicitors and doctors specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury.

We are looking for an Administration Position either for those looking to begin a career within administration or for someone who is already working in this capacity and wants a different challenge; we can offer opportunities for development and progression.

The suitable candidate must be able to commute daily into our North Manchester office (M8 4JY).

What's On Offer:

Regular Hours:

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (No weekends or evening shifts)

Extended Annual Leave Allowance:

28 days + festival days

Half day Friday:

once a month (after 9 month service)

You will be supporting the day to day activities of the wider team and supporting with the general running and management of the office.

You will require a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation and attention to detail. You will also require the ability to work well with others.

Principal Responsibilities



Assist as directed in the day to day work of a busy administrative office Answering telephone calls Responding to email enquiries Sending outgoing documentation via email Setting up cases Scanning & Uploading Daily Post Have basic computer skills - we will teach you what is needed on our database Update the company's Excel system with all relevant information and ensure that it is always kept updated Calling clients Taking and passing on messages to other team members General office admin tasks Supporting our marketing team To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested To be professional and polite, at all times

What Skills Do I Need?



A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail CRM experience (preferable) Client relations experience (preferable) Ability to work independently, methodically and accurately Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate and proficient in use of all main Microsoft Programs

What Experience Do I Need?



No industry experience is required, but would be beneficial.
