About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Medico-legal Coordinator to support our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly and dynamic team that bridges clinical care and legal processes. The role is office based in Sherwood and as such an applicant must be within a 15 mile radius of Sherwood, Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with our expert witness associates and proofreaders to support timely delivery of reports and services.
Liaise with lawyers to ensure efficient communication.
Maintain accurate and well-organised records, documentation and digital systems.
Manage the medico-legal workflow tracking.
Provide proactive support to associates, helping them stay organised and on time with work tasks and deadlines.
Anticipate needs and flag priorities to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Uphold and support our client-focused values in all administrative activities.
