From conferences and corporate retreats to incentive trips and team-building events, you will be responsible for managing every detail to ensure a flawless and memorable experience. Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.
Event Planning:
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate meetings, conferences, incentive trips, and other group travel events.
Logistics Management:
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and audio-visual requirements.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Vendor Relations:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and favorable terms.
On-Site Coordination:
  • Oversee on-site execution, manage event staff, and address any issues to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Post-Event Evaluation:
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continually improve event planning processes.
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn about corporate event planning or group travel coordination.
