What this job involves:



JLL is seeking a confident and ambitious Meeting & Events Coordinator to join our Integrated Facility Manager business line. This role reports to the Facilities Manager and works as part of the overall Facilities Team to coordinate meetings and events across a campus or region in conjunction with the Meeting, Events & Food Services Manager. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service excellence while ensuring seamless event coordination that supports our clients' business objectives and enhances the overall workplace experience.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Support and lead onsite meeting and events teams while ensuring service excellence across campus or region

Coordinate event setups and meeting requests with teams, ensuring timely completion and proper room configuration

Maintain and update Outlook booking systems while managing meeting room furniture and equipment

Coordinate local employee experience activations, events, and out-of-hours meetings efficiently

Ensure meeting rooms meet agreed standards and coordinate service support from Technicians, Janitorial, and Security Teams

Act as point of escalation for issues, providing operational oversight and implementing new processes with Program Manager

Ensure compliance with EHS requirements for all meeting and event activities while liaising with Amazon Global Events and Meetings (GEMS) when needed.



Required Qualifications:



Previous experience working within a high-profile corporate environment

Fluency in English and local language

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack

Very high attention to detail with outstanding customer service skills

Ability to communicate confidently with customers at all levels, both written and verbal

Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and serve as team ambassador

Excellent team player with commitment to going above and beyond



Preferred Qualifications:



Previous hospitality experience

Facilities Management exposure

Experience with event coordination and logistics

Knowledge of meeting room technology and setup requirements

Experience working with external catering providers.
