Role Overview





As a Meetings and Events Porter, you will be responsibile for ensuring that all meeting rooms are set in accordance with business requirements on daily basis. Ensure all rooms are maintained on daily basis with correct layouts even when not in use.

Ability to be organised and prioritise workload Self starter and good communications skills Flexible Passionate about guest service and the ability to go above and beyond for our guests

Key Responsibilties




To ensure cleanliness of all function rooms and surrounding spaces including external areas of House

.

To ensure all rooms are set in co-ordination with bookings for function rooms. Assist guests with any technical issues during their event. Liaise with Duty Manager during shift to complete any ad hoc tasks as required.
