Location: Bristol (3 days per week) with occasional travel to London and France.
Employment basis: Permanent and the role is expected to be a full-time position.
Working pattern: We operate on an office-based contract model, but support hybrid working where possible. This means you'll need to be based within reasonable travel distance of the office and able to attend in person when business needs require, typically 3 days per week, though this may vary by team or project. Flexibility to be on site when needed is essential.
Salary: From 64,232 dependent on experience, plus bonus, market leading pension and other flexible benefits.

Following on from the success of the new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point C (HPC), the Sizewell C Project (SZC) in Suffolk is the UK's next nuclear power new build project. The project has obtained planning approval and has started construction works. It has recently achieved Financial Investment Decision (FID) meaning that all the funding for the full lifespan of the project is now secured and in place guaranteeing the full delivery of this new nuclear power station. When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, which along with renewables, will support Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050.

The Role
As the MEH Engineering Integration Lead, you'll play a central role in managing technical integration across our Technical Directorate (TD), with a particular focus on the Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC (MEH) scope. You'll support the Engineering Integration team in aligning all aspects of MEH engineering, ensuring consistency and clarity across the project.
Collaboration is central - you'll build strong relationships with project managers and engineering teams, guiding stakeholders on design contracts and supporting implementation decisions. You'll work closely with our Delivery Programmes to manage interfaces and ensure contract outcomes support broader project goals.
You'll become a subject matter expert on the Sizewell C MEH Engineering replication strategy, leading the development and implementation of engineering sequences and documentation through hands-on experience, training, and stakeholder engagement.
You'll also manage technical Project Work Requests, ensuring changes are well understood and decisions reflect both local and project-wide needs. Additionally, you'll contribute to replication-focused training, helping teams grasp the contract's technical aspects relevant to their roles.
